The following schedule is subject to change, and will be updated as more information becomes available.  Click on the event for additional details.  See instructions below the calendar for how to subscribe to our calendars.

To see events predating today, you can switch the calendar to "month" view (upper right pulldown), navigate back in time using the arrows, then if you like, switch back to schedule or week view.

How to subscribe to our public calendars

On a computer, using the Google Calendar web site

If you use Google Calendar via their web site  (https://calendar.google.com/) on your computer, you can subscribe to any or all of our calendars directly, using these calendar IDs:

In your web browser, on the Google Calendar web page, in the left sidebar under "Other calendars", click on "+", select "subscribe", copy/paste the ID (above) of the calendar you want to add, and click on "Add calendar".  Rinse and repeat for each calendar you want to add.

On an Android device

Usually, the calendar app on your Android device, whether it be the native Google app or a third-party app such as Calengoo, will simply reflect the subscriptions you've set up using the Google Calendar web site (see above).  If not, you'll need to go to your app's own settings menu, and add the calendar(s) you want, likely using the above calendar IDs (but see also below, if your app expects iCal type files).

On an Apple iPhone

Apple devices can subscribe to public Google calendars using an iCal (.ics) link.  Note that updates won't be instantaneous; changes might take as long as 24 hours to come through, depending on both Google's update frequency for the exported iCal versions, and on the frequency with which your Apple device checks for updates.  These are the public iCal links for our calendars:

To subscribe to one or more of those calendars on on an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the .ics calendar link.

On an Apple Mac

The following procedure is not yet confirmed; the webmasters would welcome testers.

On a Mac, using the same links as shown above for the iPhone, open the Calendar app, use File > New Calendar Subscription, and paste in the .ics link.

If you use another calendar app, use its own method, and if possible let us know what it is so we can add it here!
