Mentoring Groups

 The Club occasionally creates mentoring groups, where members help each other learn.  There is one such group currently running; it is called "Night Shift".

Night Shift

The KVCC Night Shift group meets from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on the first two Tuesdays of each month.  The group is intended to provide a collaborative environment where members of the club can practice existing skills and learn new techniques.  Activities typically consist of short topics/discussions, which lead to practical experimentation.  When the weather/topic permits, there may also be short outings involved.  The group also uses informal assignments to enable practice between meetings.

Any member of the club who is interested in participating can reach out to someone else who is participating, or to Andrew Reynolds, to be invited to join the KVCC Night Shift Learning Group Facebook group.
